MYANMAR

The journey in the controversial land of Burma certainly shows a place full of wonders, ancient pagogas, millenary traditions and a peaceful people. Under this evanescent skin, some very complex questions are hidden that it is not easy to understand from simple passing observers. It is easy to throw a judgment, it is much more difficult to know how to distinguish between objective and manipulated information. A part of the tourist income falls into the coffers of the government but at the same time the interaction with the Burmese people and culture helps to encourage change and awareness. Both perspectives have benefits and very dark sides. My job here was aesthetic and not journalistic research.
